This isn’t a gag? lol. Seems rather risque for what you’d expect back then. I love it, and I especially love your work. Whenever I see a new one I automatically think of Lily Allen’s “Fuck You”. It’s got a classic feel to it while still being a complete smart-ass at the same time. I can’t wait for you to do another appearance in the Seattle area. I know you said you’d be taking a break though. Keep up the good work!
Hi, Diana. Thanks for the praise for my work. The next convention I’ll be doing is the Emerald City Comic Con (March 1-3, 2013.) I hope you can make it. As for this art—yup, it really did run in Sweethearts back in 1969. I’ve said it before and it’s true. Reading Charlton romance comics is a strange and potentially mind-altering experience!
