I believe this is one of the first Last Kiss gags I ever wrote. If so, it would’ve been in the summer of 1995. Cripes! That was over 30 year ago!
I came across the gag in an old box of my papers and realized the comic had never been published. So here it is–a gag that has waited decades to see print.
And perhaps could’ve waited a few more!

MAN: I can’t stand it! I’d rather jump than be in a Last Kiss comic!
NURSE: So go ahead! Who cares? We’re on the first floor!

If they’re in Europe, there’s SOME risk?
. . . . ya noticed dat?
Not 100% sure where they are, probably the U.S. of A. But maybe, just maybe…
Long, long ago– In Stuttgart there was one building that “on the street side” had the street level, above that was the Park Level– no outside doors, and above that was the first floor, which was a walk in level, too, but it opened to the upper front door.
A steep hill with a front door street and front door park on different levels. I was told it was being redone to the park level being the only one with an opening door, but delivery could be downstairs where the truck door was.
I’m sure the Germans had a name for that. 1 word, but about 90-200 letters.
I kept wondering why would you build on the side of a super steep hill so that ground level was like two floors different?
Cindy is in love four times an issue. 74 issues so far. Next issue she’ll be at 300. I think it’s time she settled down.
