For years, I’ve had people urge me to go to the RT Booklovers Convention because…
1) It’s apparently a ridiculous amount of fun.
2) Because a convention for romance writers and fans seems like such a natural for Last Kiss. (“You’ll sell out!” one romance writer enthused.)
Well, I’m finally going to find out. Last Kiss will have a table at this year’s convention. And—as if it wasn’t already going to be cool—it’s taking place in a city Shelagh and I have always wanted to visit: New Orleans!
(And, yes, Shelagh’s going with me to make sure I’m not overwhelmed by all the women who might mistake me for one of the hunky, male cover models.)

What is “The Country Club Type” of woman? Well, it’s a woman—-no, a lady!—who has an abundance of class. (And cash.)
She may live in the City, but she’s at home in the Country. Any Country. Especially ones with valet service.

Given a choice between boys and books, Pam suddenly found that going to bed with a novel was no longer “the perfect evening.” A mistake? Perhaps.

Once again, duty calls and Hal Hornthrobb reluctantly forgoes domestic bliss to spring into action. Alas, the life of a professional stud (1-888-555-0169) means it’s always sex before pleasure.

Rats! Arrested again for speeding…while drinking and having sex with the Mayor’s daughter…in the car I stole from the police chief. It’s just not fair.

And all of those people seem to be you!
You’ve been spreading rumors faster than a drunk blogger at an Edward Snowden look-a-like contest. You’ve convinced people that Lola is a total slut—which isn’t fair because I didn’t even get to First Base until the third date.
(Or was it Third Base on the first date?)
It doesn’t matter. The point is…you’ve got to stop sabotaging my dates, Mom!
