  1. That unintentional level of homoeroticism in the original is a mark of how far society has come and how long it’s taken to get there and how far there is to go.

And, of course, there’s the obvious sheep jokes.

    • Agreed. And (obviously) agreed again. Baaaa!

  2. May….and maybe not. Remember the setup in “escape from Alcatraz”? Very similar…

    • I’m sorry to say, I’ve forgotten the set up in that movie. Care to refresh my memory?

      • John, That’s the movie where Clint Eastwood was in The Rock (Alcatraz) and used dummies with real hair from the orison barbershop to attach to papier-mâché heads. He and his two buddies were the only men ever to escape The Rock. This really happened, and that movie was drawn from that escape. Of course, NO ONE ever heard from those three again; did they make it? Who knows? The Bay keeps iys secrets

        • Oops. I’m late in responding, but thanks for the memory refresh. It’s been a long, long time since I saw The Rock. I enjoyed the movie at the time, but forgot about that scene.

  3. And who in your memory gets in bed and leaves the covers tucked in?
Nope, Alcatraz for sure (before the Native Americans reclaimed it!)
