Artist unknown (although it might be Alice Kirkpatrick.) ALL ROMANCES #2, 1949.
I know this is obvious, but in the original art, those strange, shadowy images on the woman’s arm and face aren’t tattoos. They’re images from the other side of the page that bled through when the cover was scanned. On the other hand, if you’re into tattoos…then they’re tattoos!

I’m finally back from the RT Booklovers Convention in Atlanta where I had so much fun that it should’ve been illegal. (But fortunately wasn’t!)
I premiered today’s comic at the con where it was a big hit with many of the authors (surprise) who visited my sales table. I’ll post photos from the con in a few days. Luckily, most of ’em aren’t too incriminating!
